The 2026 NFL Scouting Combine week is upon us. It's a big day, with the defensive backs and tight ends scheduled to take the field for on-field drills.

The Green Bay Packers need to add a body to their tight end room and need a No. 3 option behind Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave. Luckily for the Packers, this year's draft boasts a strong tight end class with a handful of options that could intrigue them.

Will Kacmarek, Ohio State

Kacmarek is a body mover as a run blocker. He works his tail off and enjoys burying defenders. He has the upper body strength to stay engaged and keeps his legs churning at contact to create movement. There is no doubt that he could carve out a role as a rookie as a physical in-line blocker to help a team's rushing attack. He didn't get many opportunities in the Ohio State passing game, but when his number was called, he answered the bell. The Ohio transfer logged 353 snaps on special teams and has the chops to be a contributor in that department.

Sam Roush, Stanford

Roush is just a heck of a football player. He is going to have teams pounding the table for him. You need him to block in-line? Consider it done. Need him to be a weapon in the passing game? He’ll move the chains for you and be a RAC threat as well. He racked up 319 yards after the catch this past season. Oh, you need help on special teams? Well, you are in luck. The Stanford tight end logged 529 snaps on special teams during his career and recorded four tackles. Draft good football players. Roush is a good football player.

Nate Boerkircher, Texas A&M

Boerkircher is a big target with a large catch radius. He's also a strong blocker. He has a quick first step to get into his targets in a hurry and showcases some pop at contact. The Texas A&M product could have an immediate impact on special teams. The Nebraska transfer finished his collegiate career with 447 special teams snaps to his name.

Eli Raridon, Notre Dame

Raridon is a complete tight end who could step in immediately as Green Bay's No. 3 tight end behind Kraft and Musgrave, with the long-term projection of being Kraft's running mate for the foreseeable future. The Notre Dame tight end has an impressive one-step acceleration to quickly get to top speed and stretch the seam. Raridon finished the season with 32 receptions for 482 yards. It would not shock me if he posted one of the top 40-yard dash times today.

Oscar Delp, Georgia

Delp takes pride in bringing A+ effort as a blocker. With his size and speed, he can stretch the seam and turn into a YAC threat when he gets the ball in space. He has strong hands (one drop on 28 targets). He finishes his final season with 20 receptions for 261 yards and one touchdown. If Brian Gutekunst decides to take a Georgia offensive player to join all the former defensive Bulldogs, Delp could be a target on Day 3.

Dallen Bentley, Utah

Bently enjoyed a breakout campaign for the Utes this past season, recording 48 receptions for 620 yards and six touchdowns. He runs his routes with urgency and does a good job of working himself open. The Utah tight end is competitive after the catch and racked up 257 yards after the catch.

Jaren Kanak, Oklahoma

Kanak is going to provide an immediate impact on special teams for whatever team drafts him. The Oklahoma tight end and converted linebacker finished his career with 576 snaps on special teams and logged five tackles. A former standout track athlete, Kanak returned punts and kicks during his time at Hays High School. He has the athleticism and toughness to be a core-four special teams player. He's undersized, but when it comes to late Day 3 picks, he offers exciting potential for what he could bring on special teams and as a team's No. 3 tight end.
